goldLIFE® promotes naturally beautiful hair from within. And here are some tips for natural care from the outside:
In case of permanently brittle hair we recommend a stimulating scalp massage in addition to taking goldLIFE®. This will promote blood circulation and stimulate the sebaceous glands, resulting in healthy regrowth. Special scalp lotions support this process.
Stir the flesh of a ripe avocado, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil and a little bit of lemon juice into a creamy paste. Distribute the substance in your wet hair and cover with cling film and a towel. After 15 minutes rinse thoroughly.
Straw hair should not be subjected to additional stress from a hot blow-dryer. We recommend drying your hair at a moderate temperature or using a special blow-dryer with infrared sensor.
Wet hair is extremely sensitive, as the skin cells on the hair surface, which are arranged like fir cones, open up. Adding a dab of deep conditioner before the hair wash has less of a depleting effect on the hair.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with warm water. Massage the mixture into your wet hair and rinse with tepid water after 5 to 10 minutes. Note: Do not rinse with too hot water, as it may cause the eggs to coagulate, making it impossible to remove them from the hair.
Add one tablespoon of gelatine powder to the shampoo to fortify your hair. This will give it better hold and volume.
For light hair add ¼ cup of lemon juice, for dark hair ¼ cup of vinegar (e.g. cider vinegar) to ½ cup of water. Use the mixture as conditioner.
For dry hair, mix 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a cup. Apply this mixture to wet hair and cover it with a bathing cap or cling film. Let it work for at least 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Crush a ripe banana and add a few drops of almond oil. Massage this mixture into the scalp. After 15 minutes rinse thoroughly.
We recommend you brush your hair before washing it, in particular if styling products such as gel or spray are used. Most of the residues can easily be removed with a brush. If the hair is washed regularly, a second hair wash is often not necessary, unless the hair was styled with a lot of hair wax. A normal quantity of shampoo is sufficient. Vast amounts of foam do not improve the cleaning performance. It is very important to rinse the hair properly, and not with too hot water because the higher the temperature of the water, the more stress the hair is subjected to.
For long hair, in particular, we recommend olive oil that makes hair shine and the ends supple. Warm the oil and massage it into the wet lengths and ends after the hair wash. Leave to work for half an hour. Aluminium foil wrapped around the hair improves the care effect due to the heat build-up. Finally wash out until the hair no longer feels oily. The hair mask will have a more intensive effect if the warm oil is whisked with some liquid honey and lemon juice.
